We have put together a shipping policy that is particularly centered around our valued buyers. That is to make sure you get the maximum benefit out of every purchase from us. So, below is what our shipping policy constitutes.
Our Shipping Policy
First of all, we have got some good news for you! That is you won’t be paying a single penny to bear the transportation or freight costs of your order. That’s fully upon us!
World Famous Jackets has a free-shipping policy so that you’re not burdened with additional fees of getting the product shipped to your doorstep. We pay for that. Apart from that, however, in case you need an urgent delivery and fast shipping, you’ll be required to pay $25 in addition to the product cost. With fast shipping, you’ll receive the order within 10 to 13 business days!
Delivery Process
The process is fairly simple. Once your order is dispatched you get a confirmation email from us containing the tracking code which is a numerical code and your order details. We advise you to keep the tracking deets with you and check on your shipment from time to time.
Furthermore, it takes about 10 to 15 days minimum for us to send out the order. However, with a heavy influx of orders or unusual manufacturing delays, it takes an order generally 20 days before it’s dispatched. However, rest assured that if your order isn’t dispatched within 25 to 30 days, you’ll be eligible for a refund.
We use quality couriers like DHL, FedEx, and SKYNET.
Multiple Scenarios
Customers face a range of scenarios with shipping and some of them require guidance from us or the courier company!
For example, when the shipment reached your mailing address and you weren’t home. In this case, you must contact the courier and ask them to send the order back to the given address.
In addition to that, however, if you’re NOT available to receive the order more than once, the courier may dispose of the product. In this case, the courier or the manufacturer won’t be responsible for your loss.
Further, if you ordered more than one product, we make our best effort to dispatch them together. But, we may choose to send them separately in two or three shipments due to any reason like differences in the dates of the orders or customization issues.
Finally, we would not be able to ship to APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses owing to security risks! For further details, feel free to contact us!
