Return And Exchange Policy

Having said that, you know, this fashion clothing business involves a lot of tossing back and forth of orders. Isn’t it? That’s, in general, because of size issues or color details that customers want changed or altered. 

So, keeping that in view, we have outlined our return and exchange policies in the most lenient way possible. Check them out below! 

Our Flexible Return Policy

So, first of all, we allow our customers to avail themselves of an order return (or exchange) for up to 30 days after the order has been delivered to them. That gives you a sufficient amount of time to check on and test out the wear you ordered and see if it fits the bill. 

However, if you fail to inform us that you need to return or exchange within the given 30 days, you let the opportunity lapse. 

Also, note that we will not entertain any requests for order returns if the original tag was removed or the buyer wants the same product in a different size or color than originally asked for.

Exchange Terms and Conditions


You can ask for an exchange of the product if the order received was not exactly what you wanted! 

For example, if the jacket you got wasn’t the best color or size you can ask for a different one. But, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

In case, you received a damaged or defective piece, all you need to do is share a snap of your order with us on the given email address. Once we have a look at it, our team will get in touch with you and advise you on the exchange process ahead. 

*Whether you’re returning or asking for an exchange, you’ll incur the transportation costs. Unless, of course, the fault is on our side. 

Order Cancellation Requests


We strictly advise you to inform us of a change of mind, a cancellation, within 24 hours of placing the order. If you do that, we transfer the money back into the respective account. 

The reason for the above is that we deal in custom-made products that are designed differently for each customer. If you fail to inform us of cancellation within a day, we will already have sent the order for manufacturing after which it’s a heavy cost on us to stop its making. 

Therefore, if you cancel after the 24-hour period, the following terms and conditions apply.

– We deduct only 30% of your payment and return 70%.
– If you cancel within 3 days, we dock 50% of the total amount.
– If the order cancellation has not taken place even after 3 days, we won’t be able to refund any payment
